Role Description
This role sits at the intersection of paid media, creative strategy, and growth experimentation. You will own paid acquisition performance across the paid media channels with special focus on meta, working closely with Creative, Brand, Product, and Data to scale new customer acquisition efficiently.

What Youβll Do

Paid Media & Budget Ownership
-
Manage and scale monthly acquisition budget
-
Own performance across paid media channels
-
Optimize campaigns against CAC, CVR, CTR, LTV
-
Build and iterate campaign structures (prospecting, retargeting, winback)
-
Creative & Growth Testing
-
Work closely with Creative team on ad concepts and iterations
-
Define testing roadmap across statics, video, and UGC
-
Run structured A/B tests (hooks, offers, formats, messaging)
-
Identify winning creatives and scale
-
Performance & Data Analysis
-
Monitor funnel performance end-to-end with best practice KPIβs
-
Analyze user journey and drop-off points
-
Deliver weekly performance insights & recommendations
-
Translate data into creative and media actions
-
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization

Work with UX and Product to improve conversion rate
-
Define landing page tests (offers, messaging, layout)
-
Support creation of campaign-specific landing pages

Improve subscription conversion performance

Qualifications

3+ years in Paid Social / Growth Marketing (DTC preferred)

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
-
Experience managing β¬100k+ monthly spend

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
-
Experience running creative testing frameworks
-
Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environment
Requirements

3β6+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing
-
Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription businesses
-
Strong background in Meta Ads-first environments, ideally with exposure to other paid channels
-
Proven track record managing β¬100k+ monthly budgets and improving core metrics such as CAC, CVR, CTR, and LTV
-
Experience building and scaling creative testing frameworks across statics, video, and UGC
-
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, CRM, Product, and UX
-
Strong analytical ability, with experience turning funnel data into media, creative, and landing page actions
-
Experience in fast-paced, high-performance marketing environments where paid media is directly tied to growth targets
