Role Description

This role sits within the Performance Business Unit, helping brands reach the right audience at the right time through data-driven campaigns. Our work spans paid media, SEO, link building, and performance-focused creative to deliver measurable business growth through clicks, visibility, conversions, and revenue.

We're looking for a Paid Media Campaign Manager based in the Philippines to join us as an independent contractor. This is an operational, hands-on role focused on managing paid media campaigns—primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with opportunities to support additional advertising platforms based on your experience and client needs.

You'll typically manage 3–5 client accounts, depending on their size and complexity. You'll receive training in our campaign methodologies, while account assignments will align with your experience and client requirements.

Reporting to the Performance Director for each account, you'll be responsible for campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis. As you develop in the role, you'll also have opportunities to support client communications and contribute to broader campaign strategy.

We are actively hiring independent contractors based in the Philippines who are excited to work remotely with international clients in a flexible and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Meta and/or Google Ads)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently
• Data-driven mindset with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution
• Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of agency-side experience (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience using Google Looker Studio (Preferred but not essential)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and similar analytics platforms (Preferred but not essential)
• Confidence presenting campaign insights to clients (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation (Preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console (Preferred but not essential)
