Role Description
Converge Marketing is seeking an experienced Paid Media Buyer to lead the execution, management, and optimization of campaigns across a diverse mix of digital channels, including paid search, social, and lightweight programmatic. This is a hands-on role requiring full ownership of campaign performance, from initial planning and setup through ongoing optimization and reporting.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Google advertising platforms and a strong working knowledge of all major social media buying environments. This individual should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple campaigns while consistently driving performance improvements.
Success in this role will be defined by the ability to optimize toward key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume, while maintaining efficiency and scalability across accounts.

Launch and manage lightweight programmatic campaigns using platforms such as The Trade Desk or Basis, with a focus on efficient audience targeting and cost control

Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes

Conduct audience targeting, segmentation, and ongoing creative testing to maximize engagement and conversion performance

Manage budgets across multiple accounts, ensuring efficient allocation and pacing aligned with client goals

Develop and deliver clear, concise performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels

Proven ability to independently manage complex campaigns from strategy through execution without the need for close oversight

Strong analytical capabilities, with a demonstrated track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable results

Deep familiarity with Google Ads and major social advertising platforms
