Role Description

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Ads within the past 2 years, including GMV Max, LIVE Shopping Ads (LSA), and Video Shopping Ads.
• Experience managing multiple advertising accounts or brands simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for daily advertising spend tracking and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in budget management and campaign pacing.
• Effective communication skills to explain campaign performance clearly to non-technical colleagues and clients.
• Adaptability and a hands-on approach to work in a fast-paced startup environment, particularly during peak trading periods.

Requirements

• German language proficiency or experience managing TikTok Shop advertising campaigns in international markets.
• Experience with Meta Ads or other paid social advertising platforms.
• Experience in an advertising agency or multi-brand environment.

Your Daily Tasks

• Conduct daily account health and budget pacing checks, including campaign delivery, budget caps, advertising spend against targets, and key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and GMV.
• Launch and optimize awareness and conversion campaigns, adjust bids, and allocate budgets to the best-performing campaigns and SKUs.
• Set up and manage LIVE Shopping Ads (LSA) to maximize traffic and visibility during live commerce sessions.
• Participate in scheduled weekend and off-hours monitoring rotations during peak trading periods to identify overspending, delivery restrictions, and platform issues early.
• Develop and refine data-driven criteria to select affiliate videos, organic videos, and live shopping sessions for paid promotion.
• Evaluate weekly content performance, prioritize advertising investments, and collaborate with affiliate and live shopping teams.
• Develop audience targeting and campaign scheduling strategies using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, pixel data, and customer insights.
• Conduct structured A/B tests across creative assets, audiences, and bidding strategies, and implement successful approaches across multiple brands.
• Monitor brand advertising budgets against agreed targets and promptly identify potential funding issues or underspending.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on advertising spend, campaign efficiency, results, and week-over-week changes in key performance metrics.
• Present campaign performance insights and actionable recommendations to account managers and brand partners.
• Support the onboarding of new brands and markets by establishing consistent advertising account setup procedures and repeatable workflows.
• Manage advertising budgets for global brands and contribute directly to measurable commercial results.
• Develop specialized expertise in TikTok Shop advertising, including GMV Max, LIVE Shopping Ads, Video Shopping Ads, and the complete content-to-checkout funnel.
• Design and improve advertising frameworks, operational processes, and scalable campaign management strategies.
• Contribute to the international expansion of the team and assume greater ownership and responsibilities as the business grows.

Performance Milestones

• First 30 Days: Develop familiarity with assigned brands, advertising tools, and reporting systems; conduct daily budget pacing checks and campaign optimizations across designated accounts.
• First Quarter: Assume full ownership of assigned brands during peak trading periods, achieve advertising spend and efficiency targets, and implement initial improvements to content selection and campaign testing.
• First Year: Manage a significant portion of the advertising portfolio, lead new brand and market onboarding initiatives, and contribute to the expansion of paid media operations.
