[Hiring] Paid Ads Manager @Bionic Talent

Role Description

We are seeking a Paid Ads Manager to join our client’s remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You’ll be expected to own campaign performance, develop media plans, optimize at scale, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals.
• Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
• Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.
• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant tools; proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable with video calls for client communication.
• Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.
