Role Description
Join our team as an Email Campaign Specialist and use your email outreach skills to connect with top industry leaders and drive growth for OpsArmy.
- Organize and coordinate prospect lists for targeted outreach
- Send templated email campaigns through Mailchimp
- Ensure timely follow-ups and engagement tracking
- Monitor inbound responses and route them to the right teams
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting using Airtable
- Assist in improving outreach workflows for efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience in outreach, email marketing, or campaign coordination
- Highly organized and detail-driven with strong execution skills
- Familiarity with Airtable, Google Suite, and Mailchimp
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach with accuracy
- Strong written communication skills and ability to follow processes
