Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Outbound Marketing Specialist to build and execute scalable B2B outbound systems targeting high-value prospects. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered around:

• B2B lead generation
• LinkedIn prospecting
• Cold email outreach
• Prospect research and list building
• Multi-channel campaigns
• Copywriting and personalization
• Pipeline generation

You’ll own the outbound process from prospect identification → outreach → engagement → qualified conversation. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B buyer psychology, knows how to build targeted outbound campaigns, and can continuously test and improve messaging based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR/BDR, pipeline generation, and B2B prospecting
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach
• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and ZoomInfo
• Experience building and managing cold email campaigns
• Strong outbound copywriting and personalization skills
• Experience executing multi-channel prospecting campaigns
• Strong understanding of ICP development, prospect segmentation, outreach sequences, lead qualification, and B2B sales funnels
• Analytical ability to evaluate and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently during EST business hours
• Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup
