Role Description

Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term, remote career as an Outbound & AI Visibility Growth Specialist (AEO + SEO). We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Specialist who can make our business discoverable across traditional search and the new wave of AI-driven engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. This is an execution-first position focused on:

• Running outbound campaigns: cold email, LinkedIn, and community-driven outreach
• Building visibility via SEO content and optimization
• Experimenting with AEO: figuring out how to get the company featured/discovered through AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others
• Securing earned media placements across press, blogs, and thought-leadership outlets
• Partnering with sales/marketing to test and refine messaging

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in growth, outbound, or lead gen roles (or founder/operator experience)
• Track record with cold outreach and SEO campaigns
• Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI tools, ChatGPT, or other LLMs for visibility
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, SEMrush, or similar tools
• A “scrappy” builder mindset - you don’t wait for playbooks, you create them
