Role Description
We're searching for a Midweight Digital Content Producer who is as comfortable in front of the lens as they are behind it. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in executing our content strategy by serving as a primary face for our brand. Youβll film, edit, and star in content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Ideally, you are a dog owner who can feature your own pet in high-performing, relatable ad content.

Impactful On-Camera Presence & UGC: Develop and star in User-Generated Content (UGC) that achieves high performance.

Pet-Centric Storytelling: Utilize your own dog to create relatable content.

Coordination of Shoots: Manage regular live-action content shoots.

Data-Driven Collaboration: Partner with Creative Strategists & Media Buyers to optimize creative based on performance data.

25% Post-Production: Managing the production process from concept through final edit.

Qualifications

On-Camera Talent: Highly comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera.

Dog Owner (Preferred): Ideally owns a dog to feature in video content.

3-5 Years in DTC Social Content: Experience producing high-performing social media content.

Video Production Expertise: Experienced in managing content shoots.

Post-Production Expertise: Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

Performance Marketer: Exposure to direct response marketing in an e-commerce context.

Benefits

Core Compensation: $58,000β$70,000 (Base and Bonus)

Location: 100% Remote in the USA (Central or Eastern Time Zone preferred)
