Role Description
We're looking for a Creative Manager (Middle Creative Producer) to drive the development of high-impact ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You'll work closely with our UA team to deliver static and video ads that meet critical performance KPIs (CR, CPA, ROAS).
This is a hands-on role combining creative execution, AI-augmented workflows, and performance analysis. You'll contribute to creative strategy, increase production velocity, and ensure consistent delivery of top-performing assets that scale through testing and iteration.

Drive the end-to-end creative production process for UA ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google (from brief to final assets) for several products

Translate data backed ideas into briefs that leave no room for guessing, yet empower executors to exercise controlled initiative and creativity

Deliver clear feedback backed by reasoning and references. Effectively communicate the 'why' behind changes to persuade and inspire executors

Contribute to the development of creative strategy using market analysis tools and internal UA reports

Maintain the library of creative best practices and provide freelancers and external agencies with clear guidelines

Partner closely with UA to translate performance needs into clear briefs, hypotheses, and creative testing plans

Collaborate with designers, editors, and AI teams to deliver assets efficiently and at scale

Align on priorities and timelines with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth production and fast iteration loops
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google

Portfolio of high performing creatives with significant UA spend

Proficiency with AI tools for creative production (Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo, Kling)

Proficiency in understanding of classic production pipelines for UGC and AI-UGC content

Solid understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
