[Hiring] MarTech Lead @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

The MarTech Lead will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Design and maintain the data layer contract across web/app properties in partnership with engineering teams.
• Own GTM container structure including tags, triggers, variables, workspace governance, and version control.
• Ensure GA4 event architecture aligns with business definitions such as conversions, custom dimensions, and metrics.
• Manage the GA4 BigQuery export - including schema understanding and sampling considerations.
• Write and maintain SQL to model raw GA4 event data into analysis-ready tables and views.
• Partner with data and analytics teams on downstream reporting, dashboards, and attribution models.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies between GTM/GA4 client-side events and BigQuery server-side records.
• Own the technical integration between web/app event data and Iterable via API, webhook, or CDP-style data feeds.
• Ensure event and user-property data is structured to support Iterable segmentation, triggered journeys, and personalisation.
• Maintain data hygiene for identity resolution - matching anonymous web activity to known Iterable profiles.

Qualifications

• Google Tag Manager (GTM) - advanced container management and governance.
• GA4 - event architecture, custom dimensions, conversion tracking.
• BigQuery - GA4 export, SQL modelling, pipeline management.
• Iterable or similar lifecycle marketing platform integration.
• Strong SQL skills for data modelling and analysis.
• Experience with API and webhook integrations.
• Understanding of data layer design and tag management best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with CDP platforms or server-side tagging.
• Attribution modelling and dashboard/reporting tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration across marketing, engineering, and data teams.

Location & Work Model

Fully remote. Candidates based in New York or Canada are preferred.

Engagement Details

Long-term contract engagement, beginning with an initial X-month term with strong potential for extension.
