[Hiring] Marketplace PPC & Digital Media Manager @Javvy Coffee Company

Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on Marketplace PPC & Digital Media Manager to own paid media across Amazon, Roundel, Walmart Connect, Instacart, and DoorDash. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring 7+ years of paid media, PPC, retail media, or performance marketing experience. The right candidate is an experienced operator who can independently manage campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.

This is a true hands-on role. There is very limited software, automation, in-house support, and no agency support. The person in this position will be expected to personally build, manage, optimize, analyze, and report on campaigns. We are looking for a builder and operator—not someone who simply manages agencies or provides strategy.

What You’ll Own

• Own day-to-day paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across marketplace platforms.
• Build and manage campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords, targeting, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor performance, pacing, ROAS, sales, conversion, and profitability.
• Analyze results and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
• Develop testing strategies and identify opportunities to scale marketplace sales.
• Create reporting and dashboards using platform data and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Partner with e-commerce, sales, brand, and finance teams.
• Stay current on marketplace advertising capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on paid media / PPC / retail media experience.
• Strong experience with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart, and/or DoorDash.
• Deep understanding of PPC, bidding, targeting, campaign structure, attribution, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable business results.
• Highly self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
