[Hiring] Marketing Video Editor and Designer @Badger Maps

Role Description

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Video Editor and Designer in the Philippines (remote) to join our Marketing team.

What to expect:

• Edit 2-3 videos a week and contribute to other Marketing or PR projects.
• Design visual assets for social media ads, sales enablement, and other marketing campaigns, aligning with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with our Director of Marketing and our Marketing team by contributing to creative discussions and maintaining industry-standard best practices in workflow and process.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, interpret feedback for edits, and manage varying deadlines.
• Assist in adding design assets to our website (Craft CMS), ensuring visual consistency.
• Organize a database of raw and edited media content (with metadata and tags) to maximize usage across all departments and channels.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Basic proficiency in Figma.
• You can work independently with limited feedback or supervision.
• You're highly organized, efficient, and have a strong attention to detail.
• You’re able to work full-time (40 hours a week), with at least 1 or 2 hours overlap with the US, and several hours with Spain.
• Fully functioning computer, with webcam and a minimum of a dual-core processor and 8GB of memory.
• Your computer is capable of video editing using 1080p proxies.
• High-speed and very stable Internet connection (minimum Internet Speed of 15mbps), with a backup internet solution.
