Role Description

As a Marketing Trainer, you’ll work directly with high-performing real estate title agents, helping them elevate their digital presence and win more business. This isn’t just training—it’s hands-on consulting, coaching, and strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how marketing is done across a national organization while building scalable programs that make a real impact.
Florida Based Travel: Up to ~60% (includes overnight stays for in-person trainings)
Work style: Mix of independent work, collaboration, and field engagement
What You’ll Do

Coach, Consult, and Elevate

Partner 1:1 with title agents to improve their digital marketing performance

Conduct audits across key channels: websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, email/CRM

Build clear, customized marketing plans agents can actually execute

Deliver engaging in-person trainings that simplify complex marketing concepts
-
Provide ongoing coaching and accountability to drive measurable results

Build & Scale a Best-in-Class Program
-
Create playbooks, training materials, and video resources
-
Develop templates, workflows, and tools agents can reuse
-
Collaborate with leadership to evolve and expand the training program
-
Work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and operations teams

Identify ways to continuously improve the agent experience and program effectiveness
Qualifications
-
Strong background across digital channels: websites, SEO, Google Business Profile, social media, email, CRM
-
Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses (agency experience highly preferred)
-
Comfortable in a client-facing, consultative, or coaching role
-
Ability to break down marketing into simple, actionable steps

Strong communication and presentation skills
-
Experience creating training content, playbooks, or scalable programs is a plus
-
Real estate exposure is helpful—but not required
