Build ETL/data pipelines to ingest, transform, and activate enterprise data in SFMC for segmentation, personalization, and automation.

Manage Contact Builder, including identity resolution, relationship modeling, and customer data architecture across CRM systems and data extensions.

Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including business units, subscriber architecture, data extensions, and automation schedules.

Troubleshoot SFMC issues involving Journey Builder, Automation Studio, APIs, and data synchronization.

Integrate CDP and enterprise systems to unify customer data and improve segmentation and activation.

Implement identity resolution and deduplication strategies to create unified customer profiles.

Design and optimize Automation Studio and Journey Builder workflows to improve engagement and operational efficiency.

Maintain data governance, compliance, and data quality across CRM and SFMC environments.

Develop event-driven marketing solutions for real-time, trigger-based customer engagement.

Create customer segmentation strategies using SQL, CRM data, and SFMC data extensions.

Integrate CRM, CDP, analytics, and marketing platforms to enable seamless data flow and campaign execution.

Support CRM migration initiatives, ensuring successful transition of data, automation, and segmentation into SFMC.
Qualifications

6+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM
