[Hiring] Marketing Technology & Automation Manager @Workana

Role Description

As a Marketing Technology Manager, you will be the primary technical owner responsible for managing, optimizing, and consolidating Solv Wellness’s martech stack. You will oversee day-to-day platform administration, build cross-platform automated workflows, make direct Shopify theme updates, and ensure clean data synchronization across email, SMS, subscription, and analytics platforms.

In this role, you will step into an established stack and immediately drive high-impact initiatives, including:

• Migrating SMS into Klaviyo
• Consolidating review and loyalty apps
• Rebuilding Rebuy templates on a new site theme
• Expanding BigQuery data connections

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, balancing daily operational tasks with process automation and tech stack optimization. Candidates must be able to work full-time aligned with US Eastern Time hours to support real-time stack troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or DTC ecommerce operations.
• Strong expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo ecosystems, including app integrations and automated flow architecture.
• Hands-on experience building multi-step automated scenarios using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Proven proficiency editing Shopify themes, including modifying Liquid code, HTML, CSS, sections, and blocks.
• Deep understanding of DTC data flows, tracking pixels, UTM governance, and database hygiene.
• Demonstrated experience executing platform migrations or tech stack consolidation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows and manual tasks.
• Fluent English is mandatory (both written and verbal), as the role involves regular collaboration with an international team.
• Must be based in Latin America and able to work aligned with US Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Requirements

• Administer, document, and manage core DTC platforms, including Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, Recharge, Rebuy, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build, test, QA, and maintain email and SMS automated flows, campaign setups, sign-up forms, and audience segments.
• Build and maintain multi-step automated workflows in Make.com (or similar integration tools) connecting platforms, webhooks, and APIs.
• Perform hands-on updates directly in Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and the native theme editor.
• Lead tech stack consolidation efforts, including SMS migration into Klaviyo, loyalty tool consolidation, and app rebuilds on a new theme.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting connections across Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, and BigQuery.
• Leverage AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to automate manual processes like brand protection monitoring and list hygiene.
• Ensure strict email and SMS legal compliance across platforms (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and document all system architectures in Asana.
