Role Description
We are looking for a systems-minded Go High Level Specialist to support a remote professional services team with CRM optimization, automation, project execution, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who can turn high-level ideas into organized workflows, improve systems independently, and create clear, professional content in English.

Build, optimize, and maintain Go High Level funnels, workflows, pipelines, and automations.

Manage CRM structure, including custom fields, tags, triggers, tasks, custom objects, and workflows.

Implement and maintain email/SMS campaigns, follow-ups, and marketing automations.

Improve Go High Level organization, usability, and overall system performance.

Translate high-level operational ideas into clear step-by-step execution plans.

Independently manage multi-step systems and automation projects from concept to completion.

Consolidate tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.

Document processes and create repeatable workflows.

Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend system improvements.

Write clear, professional, and engaging content in English.

Create and schedule social media posts for platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

Support email campaigns, newsletters, and brand-consistent communications.

Research and implement AI tools to improve marketing and operations.

Recommend automation tools and workflows while balancing personalization and authenticity.
Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level is required.

Proven ability to build workflows, automations, pipelines, and CRM systems.

Experience breaking down complex projects into actionable steps.

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently without constant oversight.

Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.

Comfortable learning new tools quickly and figuring things out.

Strong professional writing skills for marketing, social media, and email content.

Experience consolidating or migrating systems, such as replacing tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

Schedule & Availability

Flexible part-time schedule; examples include:

4 hours per day, 5 days per week;
