Role Description

Our client is an Australian based business looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Strategist & Manager to take ownership of its marketing strategy, systems and channels. This is a high-autonomy role working closely with the founders, with responsibility across:

• Content strategy
• Meta paid advertising
• GoHighLevel
• Email marketing
• Database management
• Events
• Brand management

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience running Meta paid advertising, specifically Facebook and Instagram
• Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel and marketing automations
• Practical experience across digital marketing and content strategy
• Strong understanding of lead generation, nurture and database marketing
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially minded and able to work independently
• Comfortable working directly with founders and responding quickly to feedback
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership without constant direction

Requirements

• Own and manage the overall content strategy and calendar
• Plan, build, test and optimise Meta paid advertising across Facebook and Instagram
• Turn organic content into effective paid creative and identify opportunities for testing
• Manage GoHighLevel, including lead nurture, follow-up and marketing automations
• Manage database segmentation, tagging and engagement
• Create and manage email nurture, promotional and event campaigns
• Coordinate marketing and operational aspects of events
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and presentation across channels
• Support the founders' personal brands and ensure alignment with the broader business
• Track marketing performance, lead generation, engagement and event registrations
• Produce simple monthly marketing reports and provide strategic recommendations
• Work closely with the founders to keep marketing projects, content and approvals moving
