[Hiring] Marketing Specialist Romania and Bulgaria @CYBEX GMBH

Role Description

Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing Romania and the regional marketing team on all marketing activities across the country.

• Coordinate & implement our global brand strategy at a national level, covering Trade Marketing, Digital and PR activities.
• Develop presentations & marketing material for the sales force in your region and support marketing activities for customers in your region.
• Work closely with the sales team & our customers in the execution of global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines in your market and increase brand space online and offline.
• Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other parties to support in the Shop in Shops concept creation & project execution.
• Good understanding & analysis of the market trends, customer journey & consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline.
• Execute global strategy & coordinate new products launches locally.
• Edit online text/visual content and ensure that the correct brand message is communicated in all marketing campaigns for this business unit.
• Lead the local PR agencies including setting of strategy, KPIs, tracking and monitoring of results.
• Organize local B2C fairs as well as events with retail partners.
• Ensure that relevant content is accessible, distributed, optimized and made visible for your customers in all relevant online channels.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields.
• Relevant experience in Marketing with good knowledge of Trade Marketing, Brand Communication & PR.
• Marketing know-how, with a strong focus on Trade Marketing and Online Marketing, influencer marketing.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEA, Google Analytics etc. is a plus.
• Profound English and Romanian language skills required.
• Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail.
• Interest for lifestyle and design industry.
• Affinity to premium goods, luxury products and brands.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Hands-on mentality & team player.
