As our Email Marketing Specialist in Mexico, you will be a key player in developing, executing, and maintaining our digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands and markets. You'll use your expertise to create compelling content and optimize performance.

• Email Campaign Ownership: Strategize, build, test, and monitor a variety of email marketing initiatives, including complex nurture and automated digital campaigns using tools like Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
• Content Creation: Utilize your fluency in both English and Spanish to create high-quality, bi-cultural content for emails and other digital touchpoints.
• Digital Strategy: Develop and oversee various digital strategies, including email segmentation, optimization, testing, and other digital marketing efforts like social media community management and retargeting.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Own the analysis of campaign effectiveness. You'll track, report, and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities and provide data-driven feedback to leadership.
• Project Management: Take full ownership of the digital marketing portfolio from ideation and development to final implementation and execution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives and help meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Fluency: Required – Complete fluency in both Spanish and English for professional communication and content creation in both languages.
• Experience: 1+ years of dedicated Email Marketing experience and 1+ years of broader Digital Marketing experience.
• Automation Tools: Experience with Marketo or other major marketing automation software is highly preferred.
• Growth Mindset: You're someone who is naturally curious, eager to learn new things, and is actively looking for opportunities to grow and expand their skills.
• Autonomy: A strong sense of independence and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload effectively without constant supervision.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to marketing optimization.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
