Role Description
Our Client is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support Manager who functions as both a digital architect and a lead-generation engine. This is not a traditional social media role; it is a position designed for a builder who can manage a digital storefront, optimize search visibility, and nurture high-value B2B relationships. The successful candidate will split their expertise between maintaining a robust digital footprint and acting as the "right hand" to the sales team by creating high-impact collateral and lead-management systems.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Infrastructure & SEO

Website Management:
Builds, updates, and maintains a professional, high-converting website (WordPress, Wix, or similar).

SEO Strategy:
Implements on-page and technical SEO strategies to ensure the company ranks for critical industry terms.

Google Business Profile (GBP):
Dominates local search results by managing the company's local presence, gathering reviews, and posting updates.

Content & Multichannel Marketing

LinkedIn Strategy:
Develops a professional brand presence and manages targeted outreach to decision-makers in the manufacturing and construction sectors.

Email Marketing:
Designs and executes nurture campaigns for both existing clients and cold prospects.

Content Creation:
Writes compelling technical copy for blogs, newsletters, and social media that resonates with engineering and fabrication audiences.

Sales Support & Enablement

Lead Generation:
Identifies and qualifies prospective leads through digital channels to feed the sales pipeline.

Collateral Development:
Creates professional pitch decks, line cards, and case studies to help the sales team win competitive bids.

CRM Oversight:
Ensures all marketing-generated leads are accurately tracked and seamlessly handed off to the sales department.
Qualifications

3β5+ years in a marketing role, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environment.

Proven experience in website management and a deep understanding of SEO best practices and Google algorithms.

Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to translate technical fabrication processes into value-driven marketing copy.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.

A college degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
