Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations across sales support, client outreach, marketing execution, and internal process coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment and can confidently balance administrative, operational, and client-facing responsibilities. The right candidate should be able to follow established processes, maintain accurate records, and help keep the team organized and accountable.

This is not a traditional assistant role. It is a hybrid operations position that plays an important part in supporting business growth, maintaining operational discipline, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Light Outbound / Prospecting
• Assist with cold calling (initial outreach, qualifying, booking meetings)
• Follow structured scripts and track outcomes
• Keep CRM/contact lists updated with accurate notes
• Social Media & Marketing Execution
• Schedule and manage posts across platforms
• Assist with basic marketing automation workflows (email campaigns, follow-ups, list segmentation)
• Ensure consistency and follow-through on campaigns

Qualifications

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Able to follow and improve structured processes
• Comfortable helping enforce operational discipline across the team

Requirements

• Experience in MSP, B2B services, or structured service environments
• Familiarity with tools like Autotask, IT Glue, or CRM/marketing platforms is a strong plus
