Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Marketing, Sales & Communications Experts with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, presentation reconstruction, data visualisation, visual storytelling, content editing, and executive-level business communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and presentation-evaluation project. Selected professionals will reconstruct and enhance business presentations across marketing, sales, brand, and corporate communications while preserving factual accuracy, industry context, and core messaging. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

• PowerPoint Slide Reconstruction
  • Reconstruct marketing, sales, and communications slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Accurately reproduce text, charts, layouts, exhibits, and supporting visual elements.
  • Maintain professional formatting, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
  • Preserve relevant terminology, definitions, assumptions, and contextual details.
  • Ensure reconstructed slides remain faithful to the original source material.
• Marketing, Sales & Communications Content
  • Review materials such as campaign-performance analyses, brand strategies, sales decks, and corporate communications.
  • Apply domain expertise to assess content for clarity, accuracy, and business relevance.
  • Preserve important industry context, caveats, and intended messaging.
  • Edit content for precision, consistency, and executive readability.
  • Strengthen communication without diluting the original strategic intent.
• Presentation Design & Data Visualisation
  • Improve slide clarity, visual hierarchy, narrative flow, and overall presentation quality.
  • Strengthen data visualisation and visual storytelling for senior or client-facing audiences.
  • Apply evidence-supported titling and effective message hierarchy.
  • Refine layouts, exhibits, typography, and information structure where appropriate.
  • Ensure visual improvements reinforce key marketing, sales, or communications messages.
• Design Review & Decision Rationale
  • Evaluate which presentation elements should be improved, retained, or refined.
  • Produce detailed written logs explaining significant modifications.
  • Document intentional decisions to preserve strong original content or design choices.
  • Explain messaging hierarchy, exhibit selection, and editorial decisions clearly.
  • Apply critical judgement when assessing alternative presentation approaches.
• Quality & AI Evaluation
  • Review completed slides for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation quality.
  • Apply strong attention to detail across content, design, data, and written communication.
  • Ensure materials reflect best practices in marketing, sales enablement, and corporate communications.
  • Provide clear rationale for both improvements and intentionally preserved elements.
  • Contribute marketing, sales, and communications expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, brand, sales enablement, corporate communications, or a relevant agency environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience creating executive-level or client-facing presentations.
• Strong slide-reconstruction, presentation-design, and data-visualisation skills.
• Experience with visual storytelling, content editing, and message hierarchy.
• Strong critical-thinking ability and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Ability to explain evidence-supported titles, exhibit choices, and design decisions clearly.
• Familiarity with campaign performance, brand strategy, sales materials, or executive communications.
• Strong commitment to factual accuracy and preservation of industry context.
• Industry practitioners and consultants with relevant domain expertise are encouraged to apply; consulting-firm experience is not required.
• Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is advantageous but not required.

Requirements

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote.
• Compensation: $150–$350/hour.
• Work will involve PowerPoint slide reconstruction, marketing and sales content review, presentation design, data visualisation, content editing, and visual storytelling.
• Assignments may include campaign-performance reviews, brand strategies, sales pitch decks, executive presentations, board materials, and investor communications.
• Strong domain judgement, factual accuracy, and presentation quality are central to this engagement.
• Project scope, workload, presentation topics, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements.
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party.
