[Hiring] Marketing Project Manager @ScaleUp

Role Description

Our client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to support marketing projects connected to their field and sales organization. The primary focus of this role will be managing marketing projects from request through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, communications, and next steps stay organized and on track.

This person will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, helping keep projects moving, stakeholders aligned, and potential delays identified early.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and next steps using Monday.com.
• Participate in meetings, take clear notes, and translate discussions into clear action items.
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders to keep projects moving and deadlines on track.
• Support project-related communications, including emails and status updates.
• Support copywriting as needed, with direction, existing prompts, and review from the Marketing team.
• Review creative materials against approved briefs and provide clear, organized feedback.
• Build a strong working relationship with the Sales team to support effective collaboration between Sales and Marketing.
• Keep project information, feedback, and decisions organized so everyone stays aligned.
• Proactively identify when something is at risk of falling behind or when additional input is needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Project Manager, managing projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to translate meetings and discussions into clear action items and next steps.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, delays, and missing information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• This is a full-time, 9-month independent contractor engagement, requiring 40 hours per week.
