Role Description

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing and communications programs.

• Collects and analyzes data and requirements, business processes, and cost-benefit for proposed projects.
• Conducts research and analyzes financial and operational data for projects.
• Analyzes parameters including costs, timelines, technical functions, benefits, and risks of projects.
• Prepares preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management.
• Supports the project manager on project administration and process improvements.
• Prepares and distributes progress reports tracked against deliverables.
• Attends meetings, manages project plans and timelines, and keeps stakeholders aware of project updates.
• Manages writers and designers to produce content.
• Partners with compliance on approvals for materials.
• Ensures marketing collateral is up-to-date and posted on internal and external platforms.
