Role Description
As our Marketing Project Manager, you’re the backbone of the Brand team. You'll own end-to-end execution for most of our major campaigns, including:

On campus activations

Branded events
-
Brand awareness emails & SMSs

Trunk shows
-
Recruitment pushes
You work cross-functionally with our Creative, Performance, and Operations teams to ensure everything gets built, printed, scheduled, and deployed without falling through the cracks.

What You'll Own

Campaign Execution
-
Lead end-to-end execution of major brand campaigns

Build and own the project plan for each campaign: sequenced timeline, task owners, budget tracker, and more

Coordinate across Creative, Performance, Operations, campus managers, and external vendors to ensure every campaign element lands on time

Maintain up-to-date campaign documentation from kickoff through post-mortem, including consolidated learnings and KPI tracking

Proactively flag risks and blockers, propose solutions, and drive resolution

Email & SMS Execution

Manage production and deployment of Brand team’s email and SMS campaigns

Coordinate with Creative to get strong assets and copy

Maintain the email and SMS content calendar in collaboration with the Associate Director of Brand

Setup emails in Iterable using templates and assets supplied by Creative

Coordinate with Email & SMS team on Performance to ensure they’re sent out

Process & Team Operations

Keep the brand team's project infrastructure running, owning our Asana boards, campaign documentation, and shared filing systems

Write bi-weekly marketing strategy status notes covering OKR progress and upcoming campaign priorities
Qualifications
-
2 to 4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, project management, or a related field

Strong experience with project management tools - Asana, Monday.com, or similar

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar)

Comfort working with marketing analytics and performance data

Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
