Role Description
The Marketing Project Manager is the operational backbone of IPGβs marketing organization. This role ensures that campaigns, initiatives, and cross-functional work move from idea to launch with clarity, accountability, and momentum across a multi-brand portfolio.

Serve as the central point of coordination for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and cross-functional work.

Own the intake and triage of marketing requests, ensuring requests are complete, aligned to priorities, and ready for execution before entering the workflow.

Apply judgment and structure to help prioritize work across brands, pods, and teams when demand exceeds capacity.

Partner with marketing leadership early in pod and quarterly planning to flag dependencies, risks, and sequencing considerations before work is committed.

Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns spanning content, design, landing pages, paid media, social, email, tracking, and analytics.

Ensure the right assets are created, reviewed, approved, and delivered across channels without duplication or missed dependencies.

Maintain and manage the marketing calendar to provide visibility into launches, updates, and major initiatives across brands.

Support fulfillment workflows for new policy kits and related marketing deliverables.

Own the overall management and health of the Marketing Monday.com board, ensuring projects are clearly scoped, organized, and reflect accurate status, ownership, dependencies, and timelines.

Review and refine incoming requests to ensure required details are complete before work is assigned, maintaining a clean, prioritized, and actionable project board.

Run marketing standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives as needed, including agenda creation, notes, and action items.

Help teams identify blockers early and drive resolution through clear communication or escalation when needed.

Foster a sense of calm, clarity, and accountability in a fast-moving environment.

Partner closely with Content, Design, SEO, Paid Media, Email, Analytics, UX, and Development to ensure cohesive execution across teams.

Keep marketing teams informed of work that may impact other initiatives, timelines, or performance.

Help connect learnings across teams by identifying patterns, overlaps, and recurring issues that can be improved through better process or communication.

Work effectively within an evolving pod-based structure, supporting collaboration across teams while maintaining focus on shared goals.

Coordinate compliance and legal reviews for marketing assets, ensuring approvals are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications

4β7 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar role within a marketing organization.

Strong understanding of how marketing campaigns are executed across channels including content, paid media, email, landing pages, and analytics.

Experience managing work in tools like Monday.com or similar project management platforms.

Comfort working in Agile or sprint-based environments; Scrum or Agile familiarity is a strong plus.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep teams informed without creating noise.

Strong organizational instincts and the ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.

High emotional intelligence with a calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.
Requirements

Marketing background or hands-on experience working closely with marketing teams.

Understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and campaign measurement, with the ability to partner effectively with Analytics and Email teams.

Experience supporting multi-brand or high-growth organizations.
