[Hiring] Marketing Program Manager @New Charter Technologies

Role Description

You'll support a portfolio of New Charter Technologies operating companies while helping build a modern, scalable marketing organization. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact by executing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

The Marketing Programs Manager transforms marketing strategy into consistent, high-quality execution across a portfolio of New Charter Technologies operating companies. Reporting to the Leader to execute campaigns, coordinate digital marketing initiatives, manage events, oversee agency and vendor relationships, and ensure marketing programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, works effectively with agency partners, and enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to marketing initiatives.

Primary Areas of Ownership

• Campaign Management & Execution
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns from planning through launch and reporting.
  • Build and deploy HubSpot email campaigns, landing pages, and campaign workflows.
  • Coordinate campaign assets with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
• Digital Marketing & Content
  • Coordinate Google Ads and SEO/SEM initiatives with agency partners.
  • Manage website updates and landing page implementation.
  • Maintain the social media calendar and coordinate campaign-aligned content.
  • Coordinate blogs, webinars, thought leadership, and multimedia content.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and accelerate execution.
• Events & Marketing Programs
  • Coordinate event logistics, sponsorships, registrations, promotional materials, and follow-up.
  • Support educational webinars and virtual events.
  • Ensure marketing programs are executed professionally and on schedule.
• Marketing Operations
  • Own the marketing calendar and project timelines.
  • Support CRM data quality, campaign tagging, and list management.
  • Coordinate vendors and agency activities.
  • Prepare KPI dashboards and campaign reporting.
• Sales & Marketing Support
  • Assist in developing presentations, one-pagers, campaign collateral, and sales support materials.
  • Coordinate marketing assets for campaigns and service launches.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience (technology, MSP, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
• Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, and events.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and HubSpot (preferred).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Requirements

• Competitive salary in the range of $75,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
