Are you a technically curious professional who loves building and maintaining seamless workflows? We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Systems Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our U.S.-based marketing function. This is not a general admin role; you will be the guardian of our tech stackβensuring Salesforce data is pristine, Zapier automations are firing, and our marketing engine is running at peak efficiency.
Core Responsibilities

Systems Administration:
Maintain the day-to-day health of our core tech stack, including Salesforce, WordPress, and internal AI tools.

Automation Management:
Build, monitor, and troubleshoot Zapier workflows to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.

Data Integrity & Attribution:
Conduct regular audits of lead attribution and reporting systems to ensure 100% accuracy in marketing analytics.

Technical Troubleshooting:
Act as the first line of defense for Tier 1β2 system issues and workflow bottlenecks.

Website & CMS Support:
Manage WordPress updates and ensure automation triggers on the site are functioning correctly.

Operational Triage:
Manage executive inbox/calendar triage, track open project items, and coordinate follow-ups with technical vendors.
Qualifications

Technical Experience:
Required: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce operations and systems support.

Proven experience building and managing workflows in Zapier.

Proficiency in WordPress support and basic website maintenance.
