Role Description
This role involves ensuring campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and optimized for growth by owning the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that power our marketing efforts.
- Elevate marketing reporting by building top-tier systems to track campaign performance and funnel health.
- Utilize insights to drive smarter decisions, optimize conversions, and fuel the growth strategy.
- Manage and maintain HubSpot instance, serving as the primary owner of all marketing automation needs and data requests.
- Configure events in HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms for accurate reporting.
- Analyze funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and areas of user friction.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to establish and maintain reliable data pipelines.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau for real-time visibility into marketing and sales performance.
- Develop predictive lead scoring, qualification logic, and conditional list building.
- Create and segment audiences for paid campaigns and direct outreach to candidates.
- Continuously test and refine processes to improve scalability and effectiveness in marketing operations.
- Collaborate on a fast, results-driven team and report to the Director of Growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations.
- Expert in HubSpot with experience managing marketing automation tools.
- Deep understanding of AI tools and a proven track record of leveraging them.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data.
- Experience with lead scoring and attribution modeling.
- Experience building dashboards with business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred).
- Strong attention to detail in building marketing automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Bonus if you have experience working with large datasets and advanced statistical analysis.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
- Experience studying, working, or volunteering in politics, civics, or democracy reform.
