Role Description
We are seeking a discerning, analytical, independent, and thoughtful Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data and leveraging it to support, analyze, optimize and report on marketing and pipeline efforts and effectiveness.
- Build a dashboard in Salesforce to measure pipeline attainment
- Integrate marketing tech to collect and correlate data
- Analyze open opportunities to understand sales stage issues
- Develop custom reports for the executive team
- Analyze the impact of a website redesign
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness
A marketing operations manager at Mark43 is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the steps and mechanisms behind a successful marketing and sales cycle and driving understanding and measurement of our tactics and investments to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Configure marketing tools to collect and organize data to enable analysis and measurement against marketing goals
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Monitor, analyze, report on and communicate the health of marketing performance
- Develop custom reports and maintain key dashboards and presentations
- Identify, design, and execute processes for demand, field, and growth teams
- Own the global Lead Scoring, Lead Lifecycle, Account Scoring, and Lead follow-up process
- Support effective working relationships with the broader marketing team and other departments
- Evangelize the future vision for a scalable marketing technology stack

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility in marketing operations
- Proficient with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- CRM systems expertise (Salesforce required)
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data for informed decision-making
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Self-starter with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
