Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to support our marketing team with website updates, content cleanup and standardization, and project coordination. This role is ideal for a student interested in how marketing systems, content, and processes work together behind the scenes.
You’ll help prepare marketing content and workflows to be AI-ready, more scalable, and easier to manage—while gaining hands-on experience with real enterprise tools and projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Website & Content Support

Assist with routine website updates (page edits, content refreshes, basic QA)

Help audit and streamline existing content for clarity, consistency, and reuse

Apply naming conventions, formatting standards, and metadata to improve content organization

Support content cleanup efforts to prepare for future AI and automation use cases

Marketing Operations & AI Readiness

Help document and standardize content and process workflows

Assist with tagging, organizing, and structuring content so it’s easier to scale and automate

Support experimentation and pilots related to AI-assisted content and operations
-
Learn how marketing teams prepare data and content for AI tools

Project & Team Support

Help track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across marketing projects

Support intake, documentation, and status updates for marketing initiatives

Coordinate with teammates to keep work moving and organized

Assist with ad hoc marketing operations projects as needed

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field

Currently enrolled in a College or University program as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Interested in how marketing, technology, and AI intersect

Comfortable learning new tools and following documented processes

Strong written communication skills and a willingness to ask questions (a current writing sample will be collected)

Prior Work Experience: Less than 6 months
Nice to Have (Not Required)

Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)

Interest in AI, automation, or digital operations

Basic experience with project management tools or spreadsheets

Curiosity about how content is reused, scaled, and governed
Requirements

Interns will be required to participate in specific workshops and events in addition to their intern duties assigned by their people leader.

This includes a 2-day in-person (or virtual) event held towards the end of July 2026 at our Wayne, PA headquarters.

Competitive Compensation: anticipated hourly rate from $21.00 to $25.00 based on skills and experience.
