The Marketing Media Coverage Clerk is responsible for maintaining a reliable record of published media coverage for the marketing team. This includes:

• Finding the published source through approved online routes.
• Recording details such as title, date, publication/channel, page address, and type of mention.
• Noting any access issues or missing source documents.
• Ensuring accuracy in recording sources and flagging relationships between them.
• Separating customer service inquiries from media records.

Qualifications

• No journalism or public-relations qualification required.
• Comfortable reading short sources and summarizing verifiable information.
• Prior marketing or office experience is welcome but not essential.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely with online publications and digital files.
• Reliable internet connection for verifying links, names, and dates.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple assignments.
• Willingness to ask questions when sources are ambiguous.

Benefits

• Salary range of £58,500–£62,400 per year for full-time work; part-time pay pro rata.
