Role Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-focused, build-it-and-make-it-convert Marketing Manager/Specialist.
You will own the marketing funnel and work directly with me to plan strategy, then execute rapidly, independently, and effectively. Speed and action are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Launching and testing paid offers (e.g., micro-guides) to generate leads quickly.

Funnel Development: Building simple funnels that convert leads into hiring clients.

Content Repurposing: Turning our 75-page Offshore Hiring Playbook into high-converting micro-guides and short-form offers.

Email Marketing: Writing and managing high-performing email campaigns (opt-ins, nurture sequences, newsletters, etc.).

Partnerships: Running and tracking newsletter sponsorships and partnership campaigns, including finding new opportunities.

Analysis & Optimization: Tracking metrics, spotting what’s working, and fixing what’s not using GA4, dashboards, and KPIs.
What You'll Own (The Focus):

You’ll be attracting and converting potential prospects to book calls to discuss their hiring needs.

Your success will be measured by a variety of metrics that we’ll agree including:

Number of leads generated per campaign/channel

Email open, click, and conversion rates
-
Number of high-quality referrals and repeat client sales each month
Qualifications
-
Proven experience building and running full funnels (ads → landing page → nurture → sale), ideally B2B.

Hands-on experience with at least one major ad platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).

Ability to build landing pages using ClickFunnels, WordPress, or similar tools.

Strong skills including list management, sequences, and broadcasts (ActiveCampaign experience a plus).

Experience writing or repurposing content for conversion (lead magnets, micro-guides, short-form offers).

Confidence using GA4, dashboards, and KPIs to guide and prioritize work.

Ability to build, launch, and test campaigns without needing a designer or developer.

Bias for speed and action (launch MVPs quickly and iterate).

Recent examples of using AI tools to improve marketing execution.
Requirements

Experience running newsletter sponsorships and tracking conversion (bonus).

Experience working in an agency, SaaS, or service business before (bonus).

Familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, and Google Sheets (bonus).

Experience with systems to drive referrals and repeat customers (bonus).

A personal interest in remote work, hiring, or entrepreneurship (bonus).

Knowledge of SEO, PPC and CRO (a plus, not a strict requirement).
