Join our team as a Marketing Manager, Continuum Support. In this role, you will serve as the operational engine for the "Continuum" - the bridge between our Optik TV and Streaming (Stream+) portfolios. You will:

What youβll do:

Discover & Translate Consumer Insights: conduct research and utilize market data to ensure every value proposition is grounded in a deep understanding of genuine customer needs.

Synthesize Competitive Intelligence: act as the teamβs lead for data-driven analysis of the market landscape.

Facilitate Frontline Empowerment with AI: partner with systems and product teams to leverage artificial intelligence tools.

Optimize Rep and Customer Journeys: map and refine end-to-end journeys across both Optik TV and Stream+ ecosystems.

Diversify Our Streaming Portfolio: support our streaming portfolio by executing new OTT launches and streaming package opportunities.

Reinvigorate Channel Training and Positioning: lead the creation of strategic briefs, sales resources, and training curriculums.
Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or commercial strategy, ideally within the telecommunications or entertainment sectors.

Insights and Research Expertise: proven ability to synthesize market research and customer data into actionable insights.

Data-Driven Skillset: strong analytical skills to translate raw data, competitor moves, and market trends into actionable insights.

Strategic Storytelling: ability to translate complex product features into simple and compelling value propositions.

Operational Excellence: track record of turning high-level strategies into market-ready assets.

Technological Aptitude: interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to simplify complex processes.

Requirements

A solid understanding of the Canadian TV / Video landscape (competitors, content rights, hardware trends).

Experience with subscription-based services or "As-a-Service" business models.

A solid understanding of the TELUS Consumer Solutions, ideally with exposure to wireline business units.

Experience or formal training in prompt engineering and the deployment of AI solutions.
