[Hiring] Marketing Manager, Demand Generation @Continuous

Role Description

As Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you'll orchestrate critical first touchpoints, crafting sophisticated multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and revenue. You'll own the strategy and execution behind our events, customer marketing, and brand reinforcement initiatives, driving predictable pipeline while bringing our recent rebrand to life in the market.

• Join the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing and Enablement.
• Own the strategy and execution of our demand generation engine.
• Build a unified system where events, customer marketing, ABM, paid advertising, email nurture, and lead scoring work together.
• Design programs that prioritize genuine connections over transactional lead generation.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure every campaign aligns with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in orchestrating complex, multi-channel marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build new programs from scratch.
• Excellent storytelling skills to connect with financial services executives.
• Empathetic approach to customer marketing, identifying genuine opportunities for growth.
• Experience with ABM strategies and personalized marketing programs.
• Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Proven track record of executing high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
• Mindset focused on experimentation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of intelligent automation solutions and their impact on financial institutions.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Ability to assess and optimize demand generation efforts.
• Proficiency in executing events and webinars.
• Experience in customer marketing and lead scoring frameworks.
• Ability to establish performance dashboards and reporting metrics.
