Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management
• Experience using AI tools to create content, automate workflows, and improve marketing performance
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, strategy, and keyword research
• Experience managing social media platforms and business accounts
• Experience supporting lead generation and driving online brand growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, and similar platforms)
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Social media management platforms
• Facebook Business Manager
• Content marketing
• Digital advertising knowledge (preferred)
• Basic website management (preferred)

Requirements

• Experience supporting a marketing agency or small business (nice-to-have)
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies (nice-to-have)
• Experience using graphic design tools such as Canva (nice-to-have)
• Spanish language proficiency (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve website rankings and online visibility
• Utilize AI tools to support content creation, marketing automation, and operational efficiency
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
• Set up and maintain social media and digital marketing accounts
• Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and marketing analytics
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Create and optimize website content, blog posts, and marketing materials
• Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
• Monitor online presence and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility
• Stay current with AI, SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends
