Role Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, position our experts as trusted authorities within the legal industry, generate inbound case opportunities, support recruiting efforts, and support continued double digit revenue growth rates.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations Team and Business Development Manager to:

Execute strategic marketing efforts

Support event marketing

Develop targeted outreach campaigns to grow our client base and expert witness roster

Help position Evidence Solutions as a trusted expert resource for attorneys nationwide
This role requires an understanding of how attorneys evaluate and retain expert witnesses, with the ability to align marketing strategies to litigation timelines and case needs.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that highlight new experts and established service areas to increase visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive inbound case opportunities

Evaluate marketing and business development opportunities to guide the most effective use of available marketing funds across all channels

Create and implement marketing campaigns to support recruiting efforts

Create and distribute thought leadership content (articles, case studies, newsletters, and campaign materials) that translates complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging for attorney audiences

Repurpose existing expert materials, including reports, prior articles, and case insights, into multi-channel content optimized for website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and AI-driven search platforms

Collaborate with experts to understand their practice areas and translate technical information into clear, relevant marketing content

Collaborate with the business development manager to support expert onboarding and ongoing development by helping shape their thought leadership, speaking topics, and marketing presence

Assist experts in preparing for marketing opportunities, including webinars, conference participation, and media engagement

Develop and manage website content and landing pages to increase inbound case inquiries and improve search visibility

Support business development efforts (industry events, webinars, etc.) through strategic pre-event outreach, develop promotional materials and on-site branding, and curate post-event follow-up campaign materials designed to drive engagement and case opportunities

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and targeted outreach to segmented attorney audiences, with a focus on improving engagement and click-through performance

Utilize business management systems to track leads, campaigns, and client interactions, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and case intake processes

Track and analyze digital marketing performance, including SEO & GEO, campaign effectiveness, and lead generation metrics; translate data into actionable insights and prepare regular performance reports for leadership

Work with graphic designers and external vendors to produce and refine marketing materials for digital campaigns, events, recruiting, and brand initiatives

Measure success based on growth in qualified inbound inquiries, attorney engagement, and expert visibility across marketing channels
Strategic Initiatives & Growth Projects
In addition to core marketing responsibilities, this role may contribute to select high-impact initiatives, including the development and launch of new service offerings, brands, or affiliated ventures. This includes supporting early-stage positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts in collaboration with leadership.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

3-5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in legal services, professional services, or consulting environments

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with lead generation and business development goals

Strong content creation skills, with the ability to simplify technical or complex subject matter for professional audiences

Experience with digital campaigns, email marketing platforms, and marketing analytics tools

Familiarity with B2B marketing and lead generation strategies, particularly in relationship-driven industries

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts and translate expertise into marketable content
Preferred Experience

Experience marketing to legal professionals, law firms, or litigation services

Exposure to forensic services, expert witness work, or technical consulting industries
