[Hiring] Marketing Manager @CYCLE

Role Description

Your Mission:

• Own our communication across all channels – newsletters, website, and Social Media. You set the tone, frequency, and quality standard.
• Lead our branding work, including the creation and maintenance of Brand Books for all CYCLE brands, to ensure a consistent and compelling appearance.
• Drive the creation of marketing materials – from copy to visuals to design assets – in close collaboration with our external agency and freelance designers to deliver high-quality output.
• Coordinate PR efforts in collaboration with agency partners to build and protect the brand reputation.
• Support the Growth team by ensuring all content contributes to increasing visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on Content, Communication, and Branding.
• Strong understanding of Brand Management, ideally including the creation or refresh of Brand Books.
• Hands-on experience in briefing and managing external agencies for design and PR.
• Creative and detail-oriented – you have an eye for quality and consistency across various formats.
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch (German is a plus).
