Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing our follower base, enhancing the credibility of our pages, and driving engagement. Your efforts will directly contribute to attracting high-quality job applicants and acquiring new clients through strategic content creation, audience interaction, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance talent acquisition and brand awareness.
- Grow and engage our Facebook community to attract top talent.
- Optimize LinkedIn to connect with both clients and candidates.
- Design compelling social media assets using Canva, Figma, and other tools (templates provided by a senior designer).
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences.
- Manage social media inquiries and foster engagement across platforms.
- Assist with audience growth through list building, data scraping, and lead generation via Slack, LinkedIn, and Social Media communities.
- Implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suites, Figma, Canva, and other design tools.
- Experience in creating high-quality articles, engaging video content, and impactful social media postings.
- Strong background in lead generation strategies.
- Experience with platforms such as Teamtailor, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Autonomous in executing strategies and day-to-day operations, ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Someone who is proactive and committed to delivering exceptional results.
