[Hiring] Marketing Lead @Healios

Role Description

This role owns the multi-channel content and events strategy for Healios and Melios, spanning inbound and outbound marketing, internal communications and brand thought leadership partnerships. It partners closely with the Digital Marketing team to shape and deliver a joined-up, multi-channel approach, and leads B2B and direct-to-consumer marketing activity across two fast-growing healthcare brands.

• Own the multi-channel content strategy across Healios and Melios, spanning all relevant channels including social media, for both B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences.
• Lead the events strategy end to end: conferences, awards and webinars from concept and planning through to delivery, follow-up and measurement.
• Drive inbound and outbound marketing performance across offline channels, including print, merchandise and sales collateral.
• Build and protect our brand reputation through PR, customer voice and feedback, Trustpilot, thought leadership and sponsorship partnerships, using customer insight to inform marketing activity and communications.
• Manage budgets and ROI, defining and tracking meaningful success measures (including brand awareness, engagement and commercial performance) and making every pound work hard.
• Oversee agencies, suppliers and print/collateral production, ensuring quality, consistency and value for money.
• Work closely with Brand, Digital Marketing and our Marketing Exec to shape and deliver a joined-up marketing approach, as well as form strong relationships with our sales, clinical, tech and operations teams to align on multi-channel marketing strategy with business priorities and growth targets.

Requirements

• +10 years of multi-channel marketing experience, with a strong track record across both strategy and execution.
• A proven track record of building and delivering multi-channel content and events strategies across B2B and DTC.
• Experience developing marketing plans and prioritising activity across multiple audiences, channels and competing business objectives.
• Experience using customer insight, feedback or Voice of Customer activity to inform marketing, content or brand strategy.
• CRM experience, and comfortable working with marketing and campaign data.
• Experience managing agencies.
• A track record of demonstrating financial return on marketing spend and making budgets work hard.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships across senior, clinical and commercial teams.
• Healthcare experience preferred, not essential.
