Role Description

Our Summer Internship Program (PLOT) offers an opportunity to gain meaningful experience in Marketing while building the foundation for a successful career. During this 12-week program, you'll learn from industry professionals, tackle real-world projects, and develop working knowledge of:

• Brand strategy
• Customer engagement
• Marketing communications
• Campaign execution that supports business growth across the agricultural industry

You'll have the opportunity to present your internship learnings directly to leadership. This is more than just an internship; it's your chance to make a real impact, build professional knowledge, and sharpen your abilities in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Successful completion of the PLOT program can also earn you a scholarship between $1,000 and $3,000.

Qualifications

• College student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Agriculture, Agricultural Business, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Interest in marketing and the agricultural industry
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn
• Self-starter who is eager to contribute ideas and collaborate across teams

Requirements

• Assist with digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Create and edit marketing content
• Support event planning and trade shows
• Analyze campaign performance metrics
• Conduct market and customer research
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials and customer-facing communications

Benefits

• Base compensation ranges from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour
• Wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience
