Role Description

The Marketing Image Licence Records Assistant is responsible for maintaining organized records of marketing assets, ensuring that each image is linked to its corresponding licence or permission note.

• Identify assets precisely by checking file names, previews, and source references.
• Record supplier names, purchase references, usage notes, and expiry or review dates.
• Flag any attachments that cannot be opened instead of guessing their content.
• Keep assets awaiting approval separate from those ready for use.
• Link updated permissions to specific images and note changes to earlier records.
• Respond to internal requests with clear statuses and routes for questions.
• Record missing sources and avoid replacing them with visually similar images.
• Maintain careful office administration supporting marketing, rather than engaging in graphic design.
• Connect each image to the correct source and ensure that permission documents are accessible.
• Update records with new approvals and keep alternate crops tied to the underlying asset.
• Notify anyone of changes when an asset is withdrawn from the approved library.

Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience is helpful but not essential.
• Accuracy and comfort in comparing records are crucial.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely from a home office.
• Familiarity with online asset folders and tracking systems.
• Willingness to learn the employer's file names, categories, and escalation rules.
• No intellectual-property qualification is required.

Benefits

• Hourly pay band of £28.25–£30.50.
