Role Description

Our client, a respected organization within the technology industry, is seeking an experienced Marketing Generalist to support a portfolio of high-visibility programs and initiatives. This individual will join a collaborative marketing team and play a key role in campaign execution, content development, creative asset creation, and performance measurement.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys moving between strategy and execution while helping drive measurable business outcomes.

The Marketing Generalist will support omnichannel marketing initiatives by translating campaign objectives into compelling content, engaging visual assets, and actionable performance insights. The ideal candidate combines strong creative capabilities with a data-driven mindset and can effectively measure and communicate marketing impact.

This role is not focused on managing advertising platforms but rather on helping develop campaigns, creating supporting assets, analyzing results, and ensuring marketing investments are generating value.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of marketing experience.
• Proven success in a Marketing Generalist, Integrated Marketing, or Omnichannel Marketing role.
• Strong experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Advanced Canva skills, including design and basic video editing.
• Experience with HubSpot reporting, attribution, and campaign analytics.
• Ability to evaluate marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
• Experience leveraging AI tools within marketing workflows.
• Strong content development, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Requirements

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create marketing collateral and digital assets using Canva, including graphics, presentations, promotional materials, and short-form video content.
• Partner with content creators and stakeholders to develop campaign messaging and supporting assets.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance through HubSpot and related marketing technologies.
• Communicate campaign results and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness, engagement, and return on investment.
• Help determine whether marketing spend is producing desired results and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, asset development, and campaign execution.
• Support paid and organic marketing initiatives through content, messaging, and creative development.
• Contribute to a variety of marketing projects within a lean and collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing within developer-focused, technical community, software, cloud, or enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with member-based organizations, industry consortiums, technical programs, or ecosystem-driven initiatives.
• Experience with Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms.
• Background supporting technology-focused audiences, practitioners, developers, engineers, or enterprise stakeholders.
