As the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be a key driver of revenue growth and will optimize our inbound marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

Leading and managing a global team focused on paid media, influencer marketing, and content marketing.

Overseeing lead generation and conversion optimization.

Utilizing your expertise in digital marketing, strong team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
If you consider yourself a "creative" person, this role may not be the best fit. We are seeking someone who is a spreadsheet expert and has an in-depth understanding of the complex Google Ads platform.
You must be capable of delegating, mentoring, and holding your team members accountable to high standards. You should be willing to "dig deep" into the details when necessary.
If your approach to delegation is to "set it and forget it," this role is not for you. You need to be consistently and deeply engaged with your team, collaborating and driving results together.
Responsibilities

Boost online presence with excellent backlinks, compelling content, and strategies to improve search rankings.

Supervise the implementation of structured snippets.

Lead and oversee an international marketing team.

Hold regular one-on-one and team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Offer mentorship, training, and coaching to maintain high team performance.

Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to improve user experience and tracking systems.

Monitor and analyze essential marketing metrics to maximize return on investment.

Perform funnel analysis to identify areas needing improvement.

Continuously test and refine offers, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Work collaboratively with internal departments to improve workflows and ensure compliance.

Resolve customer issues and maintain high client satisfaction levels.

Develop and implement strategies to sustain an increasing trend in customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Qualifications
