Role Description
As the Marketing Coordinator, Events, you will own execution of OpenSesame’s trade show and live event calendar, with a strong emphasis on event logistics and onsite execution. Events are a core engine of our integrated marketing campaigns, driving pipeline, accelerating deals, and building meaningful connections with prospective clients, enterprise buyers, and partners.
In this role, you’ll own hands-on logistics and onsite execution across our event portfolio. You will bring a high-energy, detail-oriented approach to project management while leveraging modern marketing workflows and AI-enabled tools to execute memorable, high-impact experiences efficiently.
This role reports to the Manager of Integrated Campaigns and will work alongside our Field Marketing Manager to execute our live event calendar, aligning localized field activations with broader brand initiatives and campaign milestones.
