Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator (CRM & Email Marketing) to support the delivery and scaling of end-to-end guest communications across a portfolio of brands. This role will play a key part in transforming email marketing into a structured, high-performing lifecycle program focused on engagement, conversion, and customer retention. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to execute high-volume EDM campaigns, support CRM initiatives, and contribute to improving campaign performance across multiple lifecycle touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, data-conscious, and experienced in coordinating CRM and email marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Execute and coordinate high-volume EDM campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

Support onboarding and campaign setup within the marketing automation platform.

Build and optimise automation flows including browse abandonment, pre/post engagement communications, retargeting, and re-engagement campaigns.

Maintain a centralised campaign pipeline to ensure planning visibility and execution efficiency.

Segment CRM audiences to support targeted and personalised communication strategies.

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, recommendations, and reporting.

Investigate campaign performance fluctuations and escalate issues where required.

Maintain database hygiene, audience segmentation, and CRM best practices.

Ensure communications comply with AU privacy, consent, and anti-spam regulations.

Collaborate with internal design, web, and marketing teams to support campaign execution.

Assist with EDM asset coordination and content updates using Canva or similar tools.

Support broader marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications

3β4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM-related roles.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo experience preferred but not required).

Proven experience executing EDM campaigns at scale across multiple audiences or brands.

Experience building and optimising automation workflows and customer journeys.

Strong understanding of CRM segmentation, audience targeting, and personalisation strategies.

Experience maintaining marketing databases and ensuring data hygiene standards.

Exposure to platform onboarding or migration projects is highly advantageous.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Basic Canva or design tool experience is advantageous.

Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within travel, tourism, hospitality, or accommodation industries is beneficial but not required.
