Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team across event execution and day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys juggling details, coordinating across teams, and helping projects move from idea to completion.

In this role, you’ll act as a central point of coordination for marketing requests, event materials, and creative production—helping ensure initiatives are scoped correctly, timelines are met, and stakeholders stay informed. You’ll gain hands-on experience across modern marketing channels while building strong project management and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in customer service, project coordination, marketing support, or a related role
• Exposure to modern marketing channels (digital marketing, events, social, or creative production)
• Hands-on experience supporting marketing production activities or coordinated deliverables
• Comfort using common project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, or similar platforms
