Role Description
WSP is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator in any U.S. city where WSP has an office to join our award-winning Strategic Growth Team (SGT) supporting our Earth & Environment (E&E) business across the United States.

Your Impact:

Leads standard proposals/qualifications with limited supervision and supports complex proposals/qualifications with general supervision.

Researches, gathers, edits, and produces proposal materials, including reviews/edits content for clarity, compliance, and key messages.

Coordinates design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff ensuring effective communication of the strategic vision.

Develops and maintains proposal, qualification, and sales files, including resumes, project descriptions, and sales databases.

Supports client teams in preparing materials for internal and external meetings and participates in client team meetings.

May support communications team on regional activities, such as newsletters, project awards, visibility and social media campaigns, and conferences.

Ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of proposals and other sales materials.

Supports and may lead the presentation phase of pursuits, coordinating graphics and refining key messages.

Works with individual pursuit teams to develop strategies, providing business intelligence on clients, competitors, and WSP.

Organizes and may facilitate sales and business development strategy meetings.

Embraces technology to increase effectiveness of sales and business development activities and client engagement.

May provide oversight of work of other team members.

Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.

3+ years of experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing, proofing, and general sales and business development skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other software programs.

Strong organizational and coordination skills along with liaison capabilities and knowledge of business development procedures.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

Knowledge of procedures necessary to manage a standard proposal from onset to conclusion with limited supervision.

Ability to facilitate meetings.
