Role Description

Imagine a college where you can film behind-the-scenes action on the pitch, capture dancers mid-rehearsal, interview rising stars, build series content for Striver, and help shape the future of how college life is seen online. That’s what you’ll be doing.

Become a key content creator across our sport and performing arts academies. Bring our story to life through TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. You’ll shape how the world sees SCL nationally and internationally.

What you will be doing:

• Creating engaging videos, reels, shorts, photos and storytelling content
• Filming matchdays, rehearsals, training sessions and live events
• Spotlighting learners through interviews, features and social takeovers
• Working with coaches and mentors to show off skill development
• Generating exciting ideas that help more young people discover SCL
• Editing and publishing content that makes people stop scrolling
• Collaborating with our Marketing Team to support campaign launches
• Using data and trends to keep us ahead of the game

This isn’t a “sit at a desk all day” apprenticeship. You’re out there. On the ground. Creating content with purpose.
